1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a shoot, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Concept Photography provides:

New car and bike delivery photography and videography Cinematic delivery reels and highlight videos Dealership and individual client shoots across Hyderabad

Specific deliverables (number of photos, video duration, format) will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp or email)
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
Booking slots are subject to availability
Please provide an accurate delivery date, time, and location to avoid scheduling conflicts

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is communicated at the time of inquiry
Payment is due as per the agreed schedule (advance + balance on delivery of files, or as specified)
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash
Prices are inclusive of basic editing unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellation 48+ hours before shoot: Full refund of any advance paid
Client cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% of advance will be retained
Client cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: Advance is non-refundable
Rescheduling: One rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge if informed at least 24 hours
before the shoot. Subsequent changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
We cancel (due to unforeseen circumstances): Full refund will be issued, and we will attempt to reschedule at no extra cost

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within [X] working days of the shoot (confirm your standard timeline)
Files are shared via Google Drive or WhatsApp
We do not guarantee specific weather conditions or lighting for outdoor shoots
In the event of technical failure (equipment malfunction, data corruption), our liability is limited to a reshoot or refund — not consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and edited content created by Concept Photography remain our intellectual property
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the content for personal sharing (WhatsApp, personal social media, etc.)
Commercial use of our content (advertising campaigns, dealership promotions, etc.) requires a separate commercial license — contact us to discuss
We retain the right to use shoot content in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you have opted out (see Privacy Policy Section 5)

8. Client Responsibilities

Ensure you have permission from the dealership for us to shoot on their premises Be present or arrange for the vehicle and recipient to be present at the agreed time Provide accurate delivery details — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

9. Liability Limitation

Concept Photography’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking.

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by third parties (dealerships, weather, traffic)
Loss of business opportunity or indirect damages
File loss after delivery confirmation (please back up your files)

10. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward our team.

11. Governing Law

The laws of India govern these terms. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
